5 DAYS MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK AND QUEEN ELIZABETH NP
Murchison Falls National Park covers and area of 3,840-sq km and has recorded 76 mammal species and 450 bird species. The altitude is 619m at the delta and 1,292 at Rabongo Hill. The mean temperature is 29 °C-high and 21°C-low and it is known to be the biggest national park in Uganda.
Day One To Murchison Falls National park
You will be picked from your hotel in Kampala and drive via Bombo, Luwero triangle and Masindi town to Murchison falls National Park. Have lunch at Masindi or a picnic in Kaniyo – Pabidi forest. Proceed to Murchison falls National Park through Kichumbanyobo gates . You take a drive to the “Top of the falls” for a breathtaking sight of the raging Nile as it forces its way through a rocky gap barely six meters wide. This is the point where the Nile River detonates through a narrow gorge and cascades down to become a placid river. Dinner and over night will depend on the package you booked.

Day Two the launch Cruise along the Victoria Nile.
Go for an early morning game drive on at the Northern Bank of the Murchison falls National park You are able to view those animals that are unique to the African Savannah like giraffe, elephant, antelope, lion, and the Uganda Kob. Return to the lodge for mid morning breakfast, as you relax to wait for Lunch.
After lunch, you will go for a launch cruise on the Nile River. The cruise takes you to the Bottom of the roaring falls where you will see huge crocodiles, schools of hippos, buffaloes, elephants and a variety of water birds like herons, ducks, cormorants, bee-eaters, skimmers, kingfishers, fish eagle and the rare shoebill. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day Three TO HOIMA
Drive via the Albertine Escarpment of the western Rift valley on to Masindi then Hoima. Your journey through Bugungu gate to Masindi town for the night in Hoima will also take you through village settlements where you will observe the population’s life style and daily activities. Arrive at lunch time. Check in and then after visit some interesting sites around Hoima before you retire for dinner and over night at Hoima Hotel Kontiki or Hoima Kolping house Hotel (FB)
DAY 4 TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NP Uganda safari
Leave Hoima and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Fort Portal town west wards towards Kasese town. The drive will take you through the foothills mighty Mt. Rwenzori where you will have a view of the beautiful scenery of the mountain stretching into the snow white skies. Have Lunch. Then proceed for the launch cruise along the Kazinga channel where you will have a 2 hour long afternoon boat cruise on the 27 km channel. This cruise will introduce you to the bird life, and you will be in position to view birds endemic to the channel, prominent among them the Great Rwenzori turacco. Dinner and over night at High end Mweya safari Lodge or Jacana Safari Lodge /

Day 5 To Kampala
Wake up early in the morning. Take a cup of coffee then go for an early riser’s game drive which will start at 6:30 when the predators are returning to their hideout. You may see elephants, lions, spotted hyenas, leopards and hippos grazing. After game drives have late break fast. With all the great memories of the Pearl of Africa , you will be driven back to Kampala .
