12 Days tour to Murchison falls, Kibale Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi and Lake Mburo .

Day 1: Murchison Falls National park .
You will drive along Bombo road from Kampala to pass through Bombo, proceed to Nakasongorwa and then Masindi for Murchison Falls National park. Named after the famous falls on the Victoria Nile, Murchison Falls National park is the largest park in Uganda with a variety of ecosystems, which explains the large numbers of wildlife. You will arrive at the park  in the evening go visit this famous falls and then proceed to you hotel/lodge .Overnight in park.

Day 2; Game drives in Murchison Falls
Game drives in parks are done in the morning before sunrise; therefore you will go for a game drive in the park at around 6am to be able to catch up with some of the nocturnal and also to have a closer view of the predators because in the morning hours they tend to be closer.  Later in the afternoon you will go for a boat ride on the Victoria Nile for more wildlife. Spend the night in the park at a hotel of your choice.

Day 3; Head for Fort portal / Kibale
This is a long drive of about 10 years therefore an early start is advisable. Overnight in fort portal Kibale.

Day 4; Chimpanzee tracking / Afternoon activity of your choice

Tracking chimpanzees’ starts at 8am and this means that you should be at the park headquarters 30 minutes before such that you don’t miss out on the briefing because this is important for more information about the history of the park and the guidelines on how the walk will be. You are advised to carry a rain coat because this being a rain forest it can rain anytime. You will depart the headquarters at 8am and then walk along different tracks searching for chimps, your ranger guide, will guide you through the forest providing information about both fauna and flora. Have you heard of the Adam tree, oh don’t forget to ask for it because you will find it in this forest. The forest is also home to other primates to include black and white colobus monkeys, baboons, bush babies to mention but a few.
On meeting the chimps you will be allowed to spend with them one hour following them and then return to the headquarters. In the afternoon you can decide to rest or go for a nature walk in Bigodi wetland or Ndali crater lakes region.  Overnight in fort portal.

Day 5; Drive to Queen Elizabeth National park.
At around 8am you will depart Kibale national park to transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park. The drive will take you 3 and half hours to reach the park in the afternoon. You will have lunch and then later at 3pm go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel.  Have breakfast and drive to Queen Elizabeth national park to reach in the afternoon. You will check in your lodge have lunch and then later go fro a boat ride on the Kazinga channel. While on the ride watch out for game like hippos, buffaloes, elephants and variety fog birds. Overnight in lodge of your choice.

Day 6; Game drive/ Nature walk in Maramagambo

Go for a game drive in the park to search for more wild and then later in the afternoon you go for  nature walk in the maramagambo sector.  Watch out for pythons, lizards, bush babies and bat caves. Overnight in lodge of your choice.

Day 7; Drive to Bwindi impenetrable forest the Home of the Gorillas.
Bwindi is just 4 hours away from Queen Elizabeth, therefore I the morning at 8 am you will depart queen Elizabeth national park, to pass through the Ishasha sector, where you will have a game drive searching for tree climbing lions. Later you will drive to proceed and reach the park in the late afternoon hours. You will have lunch enroute.   Overnight in Lodge of your choice. .

Day 8; Gorilla trekking.
You are only allowed to spend one hour with the gorillas once you meet them, however tracking takes between 2 to 8 hours before you meet the gorillas.  Therefore you will carry packed lunch, a hat, a rain coat, sun glasses, and camera without flash light Overnight in Lodge of your choice. .

Day 9; Lake Mburo National park.
In the morning right after breakfast at around 6 am you will depart Bwindi national park for Lake Mburo the drive will take you about 5 hours to reach the park in the afternoon. You will have lunch and then go for a canoe ride on the lake. Overnight in Lodge of your choice. .

Day 10; Game drive/ Drive back to Kampala
Before sunrise you will go for game drive in the park and then later drive back to Kampala and then proceed to Jinja reaching in the evening. Overnight in Lodge of your choice.

Day 11; Visit the Source of the Nile/ the Bujagali Falls,
Have a Jinja city tour visiting the Bujagali falls, the source of the Nile or go for rafting for a full or half day depending on what you prefer. Overnight in Lodge of your choice.

Day 12; Transfer to Kampala/ Departure.
In the morning you will depart Jinja to transfer to Kampala, and depending on your flight departure time you have a city tour in Kampala visit the National Museum, Bahai temple, the Buganda palace. Later you will be transferred to the airport for you flights back home.
